Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Wattar Digital ("we", "us"). It is a conversational experience. When you talk to Mira's AI, you are sharing information with us, and this policy explains exactly what happens to it.

What we collect

• What you type. The full text of your conversation with Mira's AI.
• What you tell us about yourself. Name, email, company, website, role, and anything else you choose to share. Our AI extracts and structures these details from the conversation.
• Public information about your company. If you mention a company or provide a work email, our system may retrieve the publicly available homepage of that company's website to make the conversation more relevant. We do not access private systems or purchase data about you.
• Technical context. Referring page, UTM parameters in the URL, device type, approximate visit count (stored in your browser), and standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To have a useful, personalised conversation with you in real time.
• To remember you if you return, using data stored in your own browser (localStorage). You can clear this at any time by clearing site data.
• To let Mira Wattar personally review conversations and follow up with you about working together. Conversations and extracted details are delivered to Mira by email and stored in our form-handling system.
• To assess fit for Mira's services. We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Who processes your data

Your messages are processed by an AI language model via WaveSpeed AI (llm.wavespeed.ai). Our site and form storage are hosted by Netlify. Email notifications may be delivered via a transactional email provider. Each of these acts as a processor on our behalf under their own security commitments. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent (you choose to start and continue the conversation) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who express interest in working with us. You can withdraw consent at any time by stopping the conversation and asking us to delete your data.

Retention

Conversation records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email mira@wattardigital.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
